Apple enthusiasts won’t have to wait long to learn about the upcoming iOS updates. Apple announced in a newsroom post on Monday that the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2026) will take place this year. Typically showcasing software, it often includes previews of new iOS, macOS, and iPadOS features. Furthermore, this event is expected to reveal updates on Siri’s AI improvements.
A livestream of the keynote, highlighting public-facing announcements, will be available on June 8 at 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET) through the Apple TV app or Apple’s YouTube channel. Additional developer-centric events are planned for following days.
A media invite featuring a dove-like logo and the phrase “Coming bright up” hints at potential announcements. While its meaning is unclear, speculation suggests it could relate to changes in Siri’s appearance and interface, potentially linked to the new Gemini-powered Siri. Apple is anticipated to emphasize AI developments during the event.
