Marshall’s on-ear headphones line gets an ANC upgrade with the Milton A.N.C. Credit: Marshall
Few tech brands are as iconically cool as Marshall, and their headphones double as a fashionable accessory, like the Major V headphones. However, the on-ear headphones lacked active noise cancellation—until now.
As of May 19, Marshall is introducing the Milton A.N.C., priced at $229.99 on Marshall’s website. Previously, customers had to choose the pricier Monitor IIIs for noise cancellation. While the Monitor IIIs boast impressive battery power and style, they differ in design from Marshall’s classic on-ear headphones and aren’t as compact.
The Milton headphones aim to fill this gap, being more affordably priced and offering larger ear cushions made with softer memory foam for comfort. Their on-ear design ensures maximum portability.
The highlight of the Milton A.N.C. is adaptive active noise cancellation, designed to adjust to environmental noise. The new driver system enhances bass and treble. The battery life is remarkable, providing 50 hours with ANC on and 80 hours without. The Milton A.N.C. also features a replaceable battery for long-term value.
For a quick overview, the Milton A.N.C. specs include:
– Battery: 50+ hours with ANC, 80 hours without
– Noise cancellation: Adaptive ANC
– Microphones: 6 for ANC and calls
– Spatial audio: Yes, with Marshall app
– On-ear controls: Customizable M button
– Bluetooth: 6.0
– Codecs: SBC, AAC, LC3, LDAC
– Colors: Black and gold
