In March, Apple announced the date of its annual WWDC event, along with the logo for WWDC 2026. Now, famed Apple oracle Mark Gurman of Bloomberg suggests the imagery on the Apple website might be our first hints about a new AI-powered Siri. That means we’ve had a clue about the improved Siri right under our noses.
So far, Apple has released two images to promote WWDC 2026, happening June 8-12 at Apple Park in Cupertino. The neon text in the images may hint at Siri’s redesign, potentially featuring a glowing effect in the Dynamic Island.
We could finally see an AI Siri at WWDC 2026
Apple’s annual developer conference might reveal a new AI-powered Siri during a June 8 special event. Despite major AI advances, Siri has lagged. After delays, Apple announced a partnership with Google Gemini for a more conversational Siri, possibly as a standalone app. At WWDC 2026, Apple is expected to release iOS 27, and a Siri announcement would be fitting.
