This issue gained attention due to high ticket prices for popular tours and artist complaints, with significant fan involvement. Live Nation has faced other legal issues, such as a recent Federal Trade Commission lawsuit. Although they recently settled with the Justice Department, 34 states continued the case, aiming for a major industry change.
