Grok will tailor your timeline based on your selected topics. X has introduced an AI chatbot, Grok, to manage your timeline. Nikita Bier, X’s product head, announced that iOS Premium subscribers can access a feature letting them pin topics to their home tab, which Grok will utilize to curate posts across feeds. “It’s powered by Grok’s understanding with personalization — each timeline is unique,” Bier stated. Android users will receive access soon. Additionally, X is discontinuing X Communities due to reduced usage, encouraging users to move their communities to XChat group chats. While X shifts away from community-centric feeds, platforms like Threads and Mastodon are still embracing them. Earlier this year, Grok drew global lawmaker attention after its AI image generator undressed people on the platform, including minors. Lawsuits have been filed against X, accusing leadership of launching Grok’s image mode, which generated AI child sexual abuse material.
