Samsung has recently introduced the Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition, a tablet crafted to ensure a secure and captivating digital experience for young users. With a price tag of $350, this variant is $100 higher than the standard Galaxy Tab A11+, but it includes extra features focused on parental oversight and child safety.

The Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition shares the same hardware specs as the standard version, boasting an 11-inch 90Hz display, quad Dolby Atmos speakers, a 7,040mAh battery, and 128GB of storage. Nevertheless, it sets itself apart with integrated parental controls, enabling parents to regulate screen time, approve applications, and establish a safe digital space for their kids.

Samsung highlights the tablet’s durability, asserting seven years of Android updates and security maintenance. This extended support guarantees that the device remains safe and current as the child matures, likely enduring from early childhood through to middle school.

The tablet is equipped with a vibrant, protective Kids Cover offered in multiple colors, stickers for customization, and a crayo-pen stylus tailored for petite hands. Although the 25W fast charger must be purchased separately, the tablet’s battery can endure up to 15 hours of video playback.

Samsung’s strategy with the Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition seeks to balance security and enjoyment, providing a device that evolves with the child while ensuring a secure digital interaction. The tablet is up for grabs on Samsung.com, Best Buy, and Samsung Experience Stores, with availability on Amazon set to begin on April 23, 2026.
