Hardware prototyping often begins with a simple concept, but costs can quickly become a hurdle. Expenses from small batch PCB orders, international shipping, and repeated iterations can dampen progress even before a prototype is completed.
To ease early-stage development, AIVON has introduced a new user support program that significantly reduces cost barriers for initial orders.
New AIVON customers who register and verify their email will receive $60 in welcome credits, which include:
- $30 Manufacturing Credit for the PCB portion of their first PCB or PCBA order (minimum order amount after credit: $1).
- $30 Shipping Credit on their first PCB-only order (including stencil orders).

These credits make most standard PCB prototype orders qualify for completely free shipping. For instance:
- If your PCB cost is $20, and shipping is $25, you pay $1 for the boards and nothing for shipping.
- If your PCB cost is $37, and shipping is $34, you pay $7 for the boards and $4 for shipping (total $11).
This makes the initial prototype very affordable, often costing just $1 for the boards with global free shipping on eligible orders.
