Amazon Prime members can save up to 20 cents per gallon at BP and Amoco on Fridays. Here’s how to claim your fuel discount.
It’s easy to overlook the advantages that come with Amazon Prime. For instance, I often forget that gas discounts are part of the membership. As a V-8 GMC Sierra owner, this is crucial information. I’ve seen gas prices as high as $4.30 per gallon in North Carolina, which is too much. Whenever there’s a chance to reduce the cost of filling up, I take it.
If you have Amazon Prime and aren’t using the fuel discount, you’re essentially losing money. By linking your Prime account to BP’s “earnify” app (which is free to set up), you get 10 cents off per gallon at participating locations. The discount applies to all grades, and there’s no limit on gallons. Simply input your phone number at the pump to apply the discount.
Additionally, through May 29, Amazon’s “Fuel Up Friday” promo doubles the savings. Fill up on Fridays for 20 cents off per gallon (once per Friday during the promo).
If you want to save $5 on your next Grubhub delivery of $15 as an Amazon Prime member, here’s how.
