PC manufacturers are reducing prices on laptops, including offers of Microsoft 365 and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions.
Following Apple’s $599 MacBook Neo launch, Microsoft announced a new “Microsoft College Offer” for U.S. students, bundling 12 months of Microsoft 365 Premium and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with select discounted Windows 11 PCs. Brands like Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, and Lenovo are part of this offer, alongside discounted Microsoft Surface devices at Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, and Microsoft’s online store.
The promotion, including a free Xbox controller for new subscribers, starts today and ends on June 30th. Responding to Apple’s student-focused discount, Microsoft aims to enhance Windows 11 as part of this initiative.
