Get ready to watch some Clips.

Prime Video is adopting a TikTok-like feature. Amazon announced that the Prime Video app now has a Clips feed, featuring short, shareable video clips from its content. Initially created for NBA games, it will now include shows like The Boys and other originals. Users can access this by scrolling to the Clips carousel. The Clips can be shared with others, liked, or used to access the related show or movie. Currently, it is available to select users in the U.S. on Android, iOS, and Fire Tablets, with a wider release over the summer.

“As a first-stop entertainment destination, Prime Video offers customers a vast selection of premium content, and we want to make it as easy and seamless as possible for them to discover what’s most relevant,” said Prime Video executive Brian Griffin. “Clips gives customers a whole new way to browse with short, personalized snippets tailored to their interests.”

The TikTok comparison is clear, though user-generated Clips are not currently an option. This seems to be a new way for Amazon to market its content.
