Spotify, already known for its curated workout playlists, is expanding into fitness by offering guided workout experiences directly in the app. This feature aims to make fitness as easy to access as a playlist by bringing together playlists, instructors, and full classes into one place. Both free and Premium users can enjoy workouts led by creators such as Chloe Ting and Kassandra Reinhardt, as well as brands like Sweaty Studio and Pilates Body By Raven.

Additionally, Spotify’s partnership with Peloton allows Premium subscribers in select markets to access over 1,400 on-demand classes, including strength, cardio, yoga, and meditation, directly from the app.

Spotify’s move reflects a trend of digital platforms centralizing more aspects of users’ lives, blurring the lines between utility and content. Currently, users can find the new feature by searching “fitness” within the app.
