Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) returns to Richmond. Apple TV’s Emmy-winning sports comedy Ted Lasso returns for Season 4 this summer, three years after a Season 3 finale that seemed like a series end. Now, Ted and the Greyhounds have new adventures featuring folksy sayings, mental health messages, and shortbread.

What’s Ted Lasso Season 4 about?

According to Apple TV, “In Season 4, Ted returns to Richmond, coaching a second division women’s football team. Throughout the season, Ted and the team learn to take chances.”

Ted Lasso teased the idea of a Richmond women’s football team in the Season 3 finale, when Keeley (Juno Temple) suggested it to Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham). Now, it’s part of the main show.

Who is in Ted Lasso Season 4?

Returning familiar faces include Sudeikis, Waddingham, Temple, Brett Goldstein as Roy Kent, Brendan Hunt as Coach Beard, and Jeremy Swift as Leslie Higgins. New faces likely playing team members include Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsey, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely.
