The Ultra 7 270K is now more affordable than ever and includes a complimentary download of Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.
Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus was announced as one of the company’s “fastest gaming desktop processor ever” in late March. This claim holds up, as benchmarks from Gamers Nexus reveal it challenges AMD’s more expensive X3D cache-equipped Ryzen 9000-series CPUs. It also surpasses the performance of the Core i9 14900K in numerous tasks, long favored by gamers.
Fortunately, the 270K Plus is currently available for $279.99, approximately $45 less than the usual price, at Amazon.
The 270K Plus necessitates a motherboard with an LGA 1851 socket, supporting DDR5 RAM, multiple M.2 SSDs, and Wi-Fi 7. While it’s encouraging to see component prices fall, the savings are somewhat offset by persistently high RAM prices. Micro Center offers component bundles that include discounted RAM for excellent rates.
Buyers can also enjoy a full download of Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight by registering their purchase with Intel until July 31st.
