### Apple Ads has a new Emerging Team group

The Apple Ads department has recently formed a new group called the Emerging Team, designed to engage developers who are either seeking to reactivate their advertising initiatives or are interested in exploring advertising within Apple’s ecosystem for the first time.

Apple launched Apple Search Ads in 2016, initially concentrating on promoted placements within App Store search results. Over time, the company has broadened its advertising offerings to different sections of the App Store and is actively working to expand these services to other platforms, such as Apple News and, soon, Apple Maps.

In accordance with this growth, Apple rebranded Apple Search Ads to just Apple Ads last year. This more inclusive name reflects the company’s strategic commitment to enhancing its advertising business as part of its wider Services initiative.

The Emerging Team is proactively engaging developers through email, suggesting 30-minute sessions to introduce the team and offer assistance for launching, growing, or reactivating Apple Ads campaigns.
