Satechi’s trio wireless charging pad. Yet, there’s another motive for carrying your Apple Watch charger. It appears that the Apple Watch charging puck is also capable of powering a set of AirPods.
As per Apple, the Apple Watch charger is compatible with the MagSafe Charging case of the AirPods Pro 2, AirPods 4 with ANC, and AirPods Pro 3. Thus, when you’re not using it to charge your Apple Watch, you can magnetically attach your AirPods case for charging. Apple mentions that the status light on the AirPods case should be oriented upwards and with the lid shut while placing the AirPods on the charger. Importantly, you may need to position the case flatly on the charger to verify that it’s charging.
