Up to this point, there has been no official reply from Samsung regarding the problem, which may dishearten some since users have been dealing with these issues for several weeks now. As for remedies to resolve the issue, there seems to be no conclusive fix available yet. However, some users have mentioned successfully restarting the watch and reducing consumption from 10% or more down to under 6%, although results may vary.
