Amazon has the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution Chaos Rising Elite Trainer Box up for preorder from $138.94, down from its typical price of $154.95. That saves you $16.01 on the upcoming nine-pack ETB, with Walmart and TCGplayer rocking even cheaper preorder prices right now.
The Pokémon TCG’s new Chaos Rising ETB has been jumping up and down in price, leaving everyone waiting to see whether it will stabilize at either Ascended Heroes or Perfect Order pricing. Right now, it’s landed in a middleground thanks to some nice price cuts from our favourite trading card retailers.
As of April 30, Amazon has the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution Chaos Rising Elite Trainer Box listed from $138.94, down from its typical $154.95 price. With a 10% discount, you’ll save you $16.01 on the upcoming nine-pack box ahead of the expansion’s May 22 release date.
The lowest listing for $138.94 is sold and shipped by Collectors Expedition with free delivery currently shown for May 28-29. There’s also a second listing from Kings Games at $138.95 with free delivery shown for May 27-28. If you’re open to other retailers to save even more on the ETB, there are lower prices at Walmart and TCGplayer. For instance, Walmart currently has the same Chaos Rising Elite Trainer Box listed for $113.98 with free shipping, while TCGplayer’s unopened presale listings start at $109.48 shipped.
No matter which retailer you buy from, the Pokémon TCG Chaos Rising Elite Trainer Box includes the following:
– Nine Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution — Chaos Rising booster packs
– One full-art foil promo card featuring Fennekin
– 65 card sleeves
– 40 Pokémon TCG Energy cards
– A player’s guide
– Six damage-counter dice
– One competition-legal coin-flip die
– One plastic coin
– A collector’s box with six dividers
– One Pokémon TCG Live code card
Just like Perfect Order, Chaos Rising is continuing the Mega Evolution set’s trend of featuring titular Mega Evolution Pokémon, especially those that featured in the Pokémon Legends: Z-A video game — including Mega Floette ex, Mega Greninja ex, Mega Pyroar ex, and Mega Dragalge ex.
If you’d like to save even more on the upcoming Pokémon TCG expansion, you can already save $30 on the 36-pack Chaos Rising Booster Display Box. In the event you’re still catching up on the latest expansions, the Pokémon TCG’s Perfect Order Booster Display Box is on sale for $229.
