The six new Onn tablets come with Android 16 and comprise kids’ tablets, Core models, and a 13-inch Pro model. Walmart’s Onn brand has released a series of budget-friendly Android tablets, all costing less collectively than a single iPad Pro. As noted by 9to5Google, the six new tablets come with Android 16, with all but one priced under $200.
The Onn Core 7, at $97, is the most economical, offering a 7-inch 1040 x 600 IPS LCD display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage expandable via microSD card, and up to 10 hours of battery life according to Walmart.
Next in line are two larger Core tablets. The Core 8.1, available for $138, features an 8.1-inch 1524 x 1000 IPS LCD display, 6GB of RAM, 64GB storage (expandable with microSD), and up to 15 hours of battery life. The Core 11, priced at $167, boasts an 11-inch 1840 x 1280 IPS LCD display, 6GB of RAM, 128GB expandable storage, and up to 17 hours of battery life. Additionally, two affordable kids’ tablets are available in 8-inch and 11-inch sizes for $118 and $136, respectively.
The most expensive new tablet is the Onn Pro, costing $288. It includes a 13.2-inch 2400 x 1600 IPS LCD display, 8GB of RAM, 256GB storage, and a 2.6GHz MediaTek processor. Unlike the iPad Pro, it also comes with a folio case and a stylus.
