It’s fast, smart, and a more efficient way to use your wall adapter’s precious ports.

I never stop praising 2-in-1 USB-C cables. They’re incredibly useful, especially since I’ve accumulated numerous devices that charge via USB-C. Often, more than one needs recharging simultaneously, which is where these cables excel. With them, I can charge both my Nintendo Switch 2 and company-issued MacBook Air, or my Google Pixel 9 Pro and Kindle, without occupying more than one port on the power adapter.

Currently, a couple of models offering up to 140W passthrough charging speeds are at their lowest price to date — including Anker’s braided option, available on Amazon and Anker in black or white starting at $14.99 ($3 off). If you’re willing to pay a bit more for a longer cable, Native Union’s 6.5-foot Belt Cable, featuring a vegan leather strap, is reduced to $23.99 ($6 off) and comes in black or a zebra pattern, directly from the manufacturer.

While the two cables have slightly different lengths, they function the same. Both support USB 2.0 speeds of up to 480 Mbps when connected to a data source, with only the first device in use able to transfer data. They automatically distribute power between devices based on your wall adapter’s speed, allocating more wattage to the higher-powered device connected.

Many wall adapters pair excellently with these cables, delivering fast charging speeds to your devices. One example is Anker’s own four-port 140W charger, providing three USB-C ports and a USB-A port. Typically $99.99, it’s now priced at $79.99 on Amazon for Prime members.
