Even in countries where it hasn’t formally launched yet, Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) assistance package is no longer a one-time purchase option in Europe. Instead, users can subscribe to FSD for 99 euros/British pounds monthly, depending on the market. Previously, FSD was available for a one-time fee of €7,500 or £6,800. Additionally, the Enhanced Autopilot suite, which once cost €3,800 or £3,400, is no longer available, though those who purchased it can now get FSD for €49 monthly. Tesla FSD includes features like city street navigation, traffic light recognition, and automatic parking, while Enhanced Autopilot offered automatic lane changes and autosteer navigation. The FSD option became available in the Netherlands and Lithuania and is accessible in other European markets where it hasn’t formally launched. It’s offered for vehicles with older HW3 hardware, despite Tesla CEO Elon Musk stating that it won’t run FSD fully without an upgrade.
